Ciera has co-created and scaled a framework for product teams to identify and align around a common direction. Fondly referred to as “Tiger Teams”, these work streams have been running across IBM’s SSW business unit for the past two years. As a direct result of these work streams, teams are seeing improved results in the market, and improved relationships across disciplines. These work streams have helped build and re-imagine software suites in record time, integrated complex systems to offer seamless experiences, and delivered a robust set of shared services across multiple enterprise software suites.
