Nowadays she’s based near Amsterdam and finds herself immersed in the art of hospitality at Mews – an innovative hospitality management cloud that empowers the modern hotelier to provide remarkable guest experiences. A mother, mentor, coach, facilitator, and collaborator. She has a passion for unchartered territory (read: R&D) and is also an adventurous eater.
