He has also played a key role in driving the adoption of several design systems. He views these systems as tools that align organizational teams who don't normally communicate with each other. This alignment allows for faster product development and less rework. To support this initiative, he developed Radius Tracker, a tool designed to collect and analyze component adoption across entire organizations.
