
Aitor Gómez Matías is Senior Transformation Lead at Ørsted, a global leader in offshore wind energy, and a certified leadership coach and facilitator. He spent over a decade at Danfoss A/S developing and shaping products through their full lifecycle, an experience that taught him how the design and culture of an organization deeply shape the quality and success of the products it creates. Today, he helps teams and leaders connect strategy, delivery, and performance through practical systems that balance outcomes, learning, and sustainability. Aitor is motivated by helping people and organizations become more conscious, and from that awareness, take action that supports long-term success. He applies a blend of experience, coaching, and hosting spaces to unlock collective intelligence.
Born and raised in Spain, he currently resides in Sønderborg, Denmark with his girlfriend and two daughters.
