Hi, I’m Sonali, a product leader with experience across EdTech, FinTech, and InsureTech. I build user-centric digital products, shape strategy, and help teams move from output to outcome thinking. I also mentor aspiring product managers because growing the next wave of great PMs matters to me. Why UXDX? Because the philosophy aligns with how I work: real collaboration between product, design, and engineering, continuous discovery, and solving meaningful problems—not just shipping features. A few fun things about me: I collect passport stamps and trip itineraries like some people collect shoes. My love language is good coffee Fitness is my reset button. I’m currently raising a very opinionated 7-year-old who critiques UX patterns without knowing she’s doing it.

Design Consultant
Micha Goldfine is a design leader and CX/UX strategist with 15+ years of experience shaping digital products, services, and design cultures. He specialises in design-led innovation, opportunity development, and human-centred systems that connect business goals with meaningful user outcomes. Micha has worked across fintech, insurtech, traveltech, education, and e-commerce, with experience spanning startups, scale-ups, and enterprise transformation. He is also an active AI-enabled designer, using emerging tools to accelerate creativity, prototyping, and product thinking.
