Agenda Setting in Enterprise UX Workshop

UX teams in large organisations rarely struggle because they lack ideas. The harder challenge is deciding where UX can have the greatest influence amid complex business dynamics and transformation.

In this interactive workshop, Oliver Dürr and Peer Langermann will help participants identify opportunities for UX change, compare experiences from enterprise product environments and translate organisational challenges into a practical agenda for action.

Agenda (CET / UTC+1)

  • 14:30–14:40: Complexity in Enterprise UX and transformation phases — Oliver
  • 14:40–15:00: Individual practice on the FigJam board — Peer
  • 15:00–15:05: Agenda Setting in Enterprise UX — Oliver
  • 15:05–15:35: FigJam practice together, then breakout groups of about four — Peer
  • 15:35–16:30: Group discussion and closing — Oliver and Peer

Join from a laptop to participate in the FigJam exercises. Participants will leave with practical ideas for progressing UX change in complex organisations.

Community is one part of how UXDX helps teams build better products.

Local events help people learn from peers and build their network. The reports, ebooks and knowledge library turn those conversations into practical ideas teams can apply.
