UX teams in large organisations rarely struggle because they lack ideas. The harder challenge is deciding where UX can have the greatest influence amid complex business dynamics and transformation.

In this interactive workshop, Oliver Dürr and Peer Langermann will help participants identify opportunities for UX change, compare experiences from enterprise product environments and translate organisational challenges into a practical agenda for action.
