Agenda
Tue3 Feb
Everyone talks about “modernizing a legacy platform.” Few talk about what the journey actually feels like: unclear maps, unexpected storms, shifting priorities, and a team that has to keep the old system running while building the new one.
In this talk, I share the real story of a large-scale migration still in progress — not the polished version, but the messy, practical reality. Through five “mountains” we have had to climb — tech decisions, missing documentation, organizational alignment, resource constraints, and user experience — I will show what worked, what didn’t, and what we learned the hard way.
A fast-paced, experience-driven session for anyone facing a legacy migration and wondering, “Is it supposed to be this difficult?” (Yes. And here’s how to get through it.)
Tue3 Feb
In an era where user experience (UX) can make or break digital products, optimizing every interaction is essential. This session focuses on how AI agents can be utilized to adaptive real-time UX optimization and on-the-fly UI refresh, ensuring users always interact with the most responsive and intuitive interfaces.
Throughout the talk, we’ll explore how AI-driven agents continuously analyze user behavior and system performance to automatically adjust both backend processes (such as API performance) and frontend elements (like UI updates). The session will cover key concepts such as predictive API optimization, real-time tuning, and dynamic UI refresh strategies—enabling developers and engineers to provide seamless experiences with minimal latency.
You’ll also learn about practical challenges and deployment strategies when implementing AI agents in production systems, as well as insights into future trends and the potential for scaling intelligent systems for even greater performance.
This talk is perfect for software engineers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and anyone interested in leveraging AI to create smarter, more responsive applications.
Key Notes and Highlights
Real-Time UX Optimization with AI Agents: Learn how AI-driven agents can continuously monitor and adjust user experience based on real-time data and user behavior.
On-the-Fly UI Refresh: Understand how AI can dynamically refresh user interfaces to provide the most relevant and up-to-date content, improving responsiveness.
Adaptive API Optimization: Explore how AI agents optimize backend processes, such as API performance, to improve system efficiency and reduce latency.
Predictive Analytics for User Behavior: Discover how AI can predict and preemptively adjust UX elements to cater to evolving user preferences and interactions.
Practical Deployment Strategies: Gain insights into how to integrate AI agents into production systems effectively without compromising stability or performance.
Challenges in Real-Time AI Implementation: Understand the common obstacles in deploying AI for real-time optimizations and how to overcome them.
Future Trends in AI-Powered UX: Explore emerging trends in AI and how they can further enhance real-time UX and UI adaptability.
