Nour is a Lebanese hybrid designer with a background in both architecture and product service system design. Currently based in Milan, she uses design as a lens to satisfy her never-ending curiosity and deep desire to live, learn, and create. She has a strong interest in versatile initiatives aimed at transforming constantly evolving communities by implementing innovative services and strategies, driven by her passion for being part of the change-making process. Nour is actively seeking opportunities to develop an international network, fostering the exchange of ideas and expertise to contribute to designing a better collective future.
Aliki I. Zachariadi
UX Design Lead
Aliki is a UX and Interaction Design Lead at the Experience Design Centre of Haier Europe in Milan, where she works across multiple product lines and brands shaping the experience of home appliances. Her work sits at the intersection of experience strategy, systems thinking, and product design. She focuses on how physical products, digital touchpoints, and services come together to create coherent experiences, while building collaborative design processes that enable teams to work more effectively across functions. Before joining Haier Europe, she worked across product design, visual communication, and brand experience, including co-founding a design studio and collaborating with companies in both corporate and agency environments. She believes great experiences are rarely about adding more, but about removing friction until things simply make sense.
