Mariné is a customer-obsessed and business results-oriented UX research leader with over 11 years of experience influencing product strategy in the financial services and technology industries. Formerly of Wells Fargo and Union Bank, she’s currently Senior Manager of UX Research at Docusign, where she and her team uncover insights that inform product direction and deliver delightful experiences for customers around the world. Born and raised in Armenia, Mariné currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, with her husband, son, and their miniature schnauzer.

Product Design Manager
Billy is a seasoned product design leader with over 15 years of experience in the field. He has managed design teams and overseen product delivery across various industries, ensuring his teams are equipped with the best methodologies, processes, tools, and access to knowledge for successful project execution. Billy's expertise encompasses product discovery, usability testing, interaction design, prototyping, and research for projects on iOS, Android, web, and specialized systems. Currently, he focuses on leading a design team in the financial sector, enhancing product experiences, and driving innovation. He is passionate about mentoring and training individuals in design thinking, human-centered design processes, and agile methodologies. He recently co-authored the book “Wireframing for Everyone,” where he delves into his product design process in depth. He also teaches university-level UX and design thinking courses. As a designer since 2005, Billy has worked on myriad products and led large UX teams at various organizations.
