With AI, For AI, Despite AI: A Design and Organizational Transformation Story

AI is on everyone's agenda, not just as a technology, but as a top priority shaping who we are, what we do, and how we do it within this ecosystem. Risks and opportunities are on the table, and the questions and curiosities are similar. How is it possible to transform AI-based pilots into value areas in terms of organization, customer, and product? What does it mean to become AI-fluent in terms of business practices, competencies, and leadership? Where do design and designers fit into this agenda? In this session, we will discuss the transformation of design with AI and what it has transformed through example models, data, and insights.

When AI Chooses the Next Step: Who Owns the Experience?

In traditional digital products, teams design the flow and define the expected outcome. But when AI can interpret intent, choose the interface and decide what happens next, how do product teams remain in control?

This talk explores how discovery, output definition, memory, guardrails and evaluation must evolve for agentic experiences. It examines the trade-offs between autonomy, personalization and trust—and shares the hard lessons of designing experiences where multiple outcomes may be valid, but not every outcome is acceptable.

Beyond the Checklist: Making Accessibility Part of Product Development

Accessibility is often treated as a final checkpoint: something to audit, test, and fix just before a product goes live. But by then, many of the decisions that shape an accessible experience have already been made.

This talk explores what happens when accessibility moves beyond compliance and becomes part of the way product teams work. From research and design to development and QA, we’ll explore practical ways to build accessibility into each stage of the product lifecycle, clarify shared responsibilities, and create processes that prevent barriers rather than fix them later. Because accessibility works best when it’s not one person’s checklist, but a team’s way of working.
