Since 1st January 2023, it is estimated that over half a million people have lost their jobs in Tech. That's half a million individuals and families whose financial, emotional and mental livelihoods have been impacted by this all-too-common occurrence in our industry - and Gregor is no stranger to this either. Having been on the receiving end of two layoffs, Gregor draws from his personal experiences, shares his learnings and equips you with the tools to help you reframe scarcity into abundance, centred around 6 F's: F**k, Failure, Finance, Family, Fitness and Fear.

Understanding ourselves unlocks the ability to identify our strengths (and shortcomings), which enables us to strategize our approach within workflows. Over time, those “superpowers” continue to reshape and refine themselves with practice, allowing you to take back the power that we lose when we see our neurodivergences as negatives, career-enders, or deterrents.
