Dil will discuss Nestlé's transition from a standard IT project company to a user-centered organization, empowering hundreds of product teams to create useful and usable products. Additionally, he will also share case studies that demonstrate the ROI of good design.

Dil has been working at Nestlé for almost four years. During this time, he has progressed from leading a team of two to overseeing eight designers, in addition to contractors comprised of UX Researchers, Interaction Designers, and Digital Product Designers.
