The Art of Stakeholder Management
A single stakeholder can heavily impact the desired outcomes of a project. Early identification and engagement of key stakeholders are critical to the success of any project. However, how do you manage the stakeholder throughout each stage of the process? Moderated by Lauren Chan Lee. Our panellists will provide insights on how they manage stakeholders, common challenges encountered and key tips on successfully navigating through an unclear path.

Building Strong Relationships with Stakeholders
As a Product Manager, your success is directly proportional to the satisfaction of your key stakeholders. If you engage with your stakeholders effectively, you will create a group of advocates who will help you further your cause and your career. If you don’t, it is unlikely, your roadmap will ever become more than a PowerPoint slide. In this talk, I will share three key principles of effective engagement that will help you bring your stakeholders along as you march toward your vision for your product. You will learn why engaging with stakeholders effectively is one of the key product management skills and a few simple and actionable steps you can take to build strong relationships.

Enterprise vs Startups: Established Products vs Greenfields Products
With an established product you have users who need and rely on the product and are less open to change. There's also the risk of cannibalising your product. What are the tips for managing established products? How does a mature product advance? This session will talk through the speakers experience on these projects, and how each can learn from the other.

Evolving A Mature Product
How do you make changes to a product that millions of customers are already using? Product managing a mature product is a very different beast from building one from scratch particularly when your internal stakeholders, like policy and ops, depend on it working a certain way. In her talk, Parul discusses the unique challenges that evolving a mature product poses and shares a few practical lessons she has learned to get ahead of them.
