Gustavo Silva is a Brazilian Product Designer based in Lisbon, combining years of commercial experience with a strong foundation in UX, cultural trends, and innovation. He currently works at a London based fintech startup, translating complex financial systems into clear, intuitive experiences and staying hands on across research, wireframes, design systems, and process improvements. With a Marketing background plus an MBA in Trends and Innovation and a Master’s in Culture and Communication, he brings a sharp lens for clarity, empathy, and collaboration, alongside mentoring for migrant entrepreneurs and a strong focus on social impact, diversity, and inclusion.
