For over 20 years, I've helped organizations turn complexity into
clarity, first through human-centered design, and now through AI
strategy and workforce transformation. At Optum (UnitedHealth Group),
I served as Associate Director of UX/CX, where I co-led the AI
Enablement Council's Education and Training Workstream, upskilling
500+ employees across the enterprise. I directed UX for
cross-functional LLM initiatives, built conversational AI experiences
to enhance member outcomes, and championed responsible AI adoption at scale. I didn't just design for AI. I helped an organization learn to
trust it.
