Lead Designer
Product design leader and UX strategist at USAA in Austin, with a background spanning UX and UI, interaction design, information architecture, and service and process design. I specialise in turning complex problems into clear, usable experiences and facilitation-led outcomes, backed by NN/g UX Management and LUMA Human-Centered Design certifications. Outside of client work, I build and share through storytelling in the forms of graphic novels/comics and photography, volunteer accessibility/usability audits for non-profit organizations, and support the Austin UX community as a UXDX ambassador.
