As the Director of User Experience at Sherwin-Williams, a Fortune 500
company with $15B in revenue, I lead a talented and diverse team of UX
professionals who design for our customers and the enterprise. I have
over 15 years of experience in infusing UX practices into the
companies I've worked at and building successful teams that deliver
value and reap returns in the millions by applying user-centered
design principles and processes. I am passionate about using UX's
empathy-based philosophy to make people's lives easier and companies
more successful. I am skilled in management, design, user research,
product development, and creating customer-focused strategies that
bring success. I have been recognized for my performance and
contributions to the company throughout my tenure at Sherwin. I hold
certifications in usability, communication, and personality
assessment, which enable me to leverage diverse perspectives and
insights to create impactful solutions.
