Manager, Product Design
Vinny currently manages one of the platform design teams at Zendesk. He works with product and engineering partners to build delightful experiences to help make customer service better. His prior experience includes designing accounting software for enterprise, working at fintech startups and time spent at various digital agencies in Melbourne. Today his focus is on building high trust teams and empowering designers to learn and develop their careers. Outside of work, he teaches design at General Assembly and writes about design on his website.
