As a Director Research Partner at UserZoom, she trains and consults globally recognized financial services, media, and software/tech brands on building and maturing their research practices and how to uncover powerful UX insights. She advises and mentors design, research, marketing and product teams on various topics such as UX Research Democratization, UX Measurement & Benchmarking, ResearchOps, and more. She has played a key role in driving the evolution of UserZoom platforms and services that have helped enterprises of all sizes conduct more user research. Toni was previously a Senior Product Manager at Hewlett Packard, responsible for defining and delivering various digital experiences on consumer devices.
