Slava is a design manager with 15 years of experience in UX and design. Since 2017, he has been building and scaling design teams for the complexity of B2B and enterprise software. He currently leads the product design team at Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer company, where he owns UX strategy and grows design expertise across a global portfolio.

Slava is passionate about building the design function as a core business unit rather than an isolated creative department. He has spent over a decade teaching at Projector School, writing practical articles, and giving guest lectures at several European universities. He has also written for Smashing Magazine and spoken at industry events, including Hatch in Berlin, Front Conf in Zurich, Touch Summit in Tbilisi, Krupa in Kyiv, and others.
