
Niyati Gupta is a Product Design Leader at Netflix, with deep experience taking products from 0→1 and scaling them to global impact. With a hybrid background across design and product management, she operates at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and execution—helping teams navigate ambiguity and make better decisions at scale.
Previously at Google and Meta, Niyati led design for products including Google Meet, Google Travel, and WhatsApp, shaping experiences used by millions across diverse markets. Her work focuses on building clarity in complex systems, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating user insight into measurable product impact.
