Nadine Piecha has more than 15 years of experience as user researcher working at eBay, Oracle, eDreams ODIGEO, Badi, Beat and is currently managing the UX Research team at FREENOW. She and her teams apply quantitative and qualitative methods along the product's lifecycle to help agile product teams building features and services customers love. Her background in psychology is not only the base of her research work, but it also helps build empathy and establish customer-centricity across roles and teams.
