Lynsey got her first taste of high growth tech companies while working for Dublin-based Paddy Power, where she led the company's first design research team.
When she moved to Canada in 2012, she took a role in a small startup called Shopify. Shopify has since grown to be Canada's most valuable company, helping over a million entrepreneurs around the world start and grow their businesses. During her time there she's led RnD teams from Research, to User Experience, to Product. She is currently heading up the Core Product group, a multi-hundred, multi-disciplinary group of product designers, engineers, & product managers who build the company's foundational product.
