How AI is changing product and design teams at Workday

Silvia Amaduzzi, Senior Product Design Manager at Workday, will discuss how AI is changing the day-to-day work of design teams — what designers are using AI for today, how expectations of designers and design leaders are shifting, and how design works with product and engineering as teams can build faster. The session will begin with a moderated Q&A, then open to the audience to discuss their experiences, concerns, and how their roles and teams might change.
