Laura Montefusco

Laura Montefusco is a Senior Product Designer at HubSpot. Over more than 15 years, she has built and scaled UX practices from the ground up — from solo hires with no design process at all, to teams embedded directly in product strategy and definition.

Laura's career in software began at ForceManager, a mobile CRM platform for field sales reps across Europe and Latin America, where over five years she built the company's UX practice from scratch — introducing user research, design systems, and design thinking, while leading a team of UX/UI designers through that transformation.

She then joined Amazon Web Services, where as Senior UX Designer she owned UX for CloudWatch's Application Performance Monitoring (APM) suite — leading research and design across distributed tracing, service maps and telemetry tools for engineers managing large-scale cloud infrastructure.

She's now at HubSpot, helping marketing and sales hit their targets and advance deals through the pipeline.
