Johanna is a Research Professional with years of experience as a researcher and UX manager in the field, specialising in consumer insights and online user behaviour, as well as learning and development. She built a UX research and onsite feedback practice from scratch at one of the biggest fashion retailers in Germany before joining UserZoom. Johanna now works with UserZoom clients every day to ensure they can build their research capabilities, not only creating the insights they need, but ensuring they have an impact within their organisations. Currently she is working on several research projects in the field of Human Computer Interaction and Behavioural Economics, talking to industry experts and gathering in-depth qualitative and quantitative data to ultimately build solutions that make UX Practitioners’ lives easier.
