Ines‘ background is in Business Psychology which she studied in Idstein, Germany. She started her career as a User Experience Researcher at the German software giant SAP in Walldorf. In 2019 Ines moved to London, which she still calls home, and joined UserZoom as a UX Research Partner. Since 2022 Ines is back in a full researcher role at SAP, this time in London, and now combines her hands-on knowledge around research methods and strategies with her customer expertise that she gained in her consultant role and runs UX trainings.
Outside of work Ines enjoys to dance Contemporary and Argentine Tango, loves to visit historical theatres to see musicals in London and visits places that are lush and green.
