Gaurav is currently Chief Product Officer at SPH (Singapore’s largest and oldest media company) driving the vision, strategy, design, development and monetization of its digital media content and products. Backed with an experience of 18 years in technology, business strategy and product management, Gaurav was Head of Product for Growth team at Grab, Product Leader at Autodesk and Adobe driving their respective products portfolios, whilst defining the next generation strategy and steering core thinking for these products through business model transformation. He has built, coached, scaled, nurtured and grown several products and product teams; and, driven moonshot growth and outcomes. With impactful stints in both startups and large product company environments, he brings a unique blend of small-startup's mindset (self-driven, fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous, results oriented, growth focused) and big company experience, which allows him to navigate complex people / culture dynamics, while delivering what is best for the business and its customers.

Even if a brand is established in its region, it needs to keep up with modern technology in order to stay on the market. Gaurav Sachdeva, explains how he married his previous experiences from Grab, Adobe and Synopsys with the work done in Singapore Press Holdings to revamp and redesign the products available on the market. He steered Singapore's largest media conglomerate into a digital future through app development, digitisation of assets and maximising product-market-fit. Gaurav is not only reinvigorating existing products but also launching innovative initiatives powered by A.I., NLP, Machine Learning, Design Thinking & customer-empathy.
