Flavia is a product leader with international experience scaling teams and building products. She is currently Director of Product at Spotify, where she works in the Experience Mission leading Discovery and Distribution.
She has worked for startups for 14 years, across 4 countries and multiple verticals, including being CPO of a Silicon Valley startup. Throughout her career, Flavia has also been responsible for large scale user acquisition efforts and helped companies worldwide with their complex growth challenges.
