Dr. Cynthia Kaschub is an accomplished Scientist, as well as a Research & Insights Leader. She has extensive experience leading software user experience research for over 15 years as a leader in Science and Technology innovation. Her experience demonstrates her success at initiating change across a variety of domains including autonomous driving, naval decision-support tools, medical simulation, overlocking, voice and gesture control, creative design suites and computer vision. Dr. Kaschub has successfully applied her Doctoral education in Cognitive Psychology and addressed a wide array of complex issues and technologies. She has successfully applied these concepts to the development of technical patents in both software and hardware designs.
Dr. Cynthia Kaschub leads the AI Platform research team at Salesforce which informs corporate strategy and product roadmap responsible for Agentforce. Prior to this role at Salesforce, she led global research for Hyperforce, the creation of a Designer persona within the Salesforce ecosystem and as a Pro bono Fellow led technology innovation intended to improve equity in education. Prior to Salesforce, she served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for Intel’s Incubator for a Machine Programming Startup delivering a capability to automate coding across hardware architectures while preserving performance. She also served as an Advisor for the Rutgers University Center for Innovation and a Principal Engineer at Intel where she led the UX development of the Autonomous Vehicles Research & Development Datacenter Platform. Dr. Kaschub is a recognized leader in Innovation and serves as a founding member of Women in Big Data. This forum represents an industry-wide effort to increase women’s representation in the field of big-data which now has 40,000+ Linkedin members, with 22 chapters world-wide.
