Alina is a Head of UX Research and Analytics at Allegro - one of the largest E-Commerce players in CEE. She has a background in Psychology, graduated MBA program and for the past decade she worked in the field of Technology.
At Allegro, Alina leads and grows a team that works on a wide variety of products and services to drive impact and build the most memorable experiences for customers. Prior to this, her attention was on leading design projects for top brands in Poland (Play, Amica, Meble Vox, SWPS University) as a Cognitive researcher.
She is excited to share her story of how to buy-in through data and metrics.
