
Sven Aßmann (Assmann) is the Cross Experience Design Lead for SAP’s Business Technology Platform, where he focuses on aligning design, product, and engineering to deliver consistent and measurable user experiences across SAP’s enterprise portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in UX and digital strategy, Sven has helped shape human-centered product practices in both corporate and agency environments.
At SAP, he plays a key role in advancing UX maturity through service blueprints, user journeys, and the integration of usability KPIs. He also contributes to SAP’s AI UX strategy and has worked on defining heuristics for Generative AI interfaces, helping teams design responsible and intuitive AI-powered experiences.
Sven is a certified UX Leader (NN/g) and has led initiatives across user research, UX strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. He is deeply engaged in bridging research insights and product strategy, and advocates for a culture of evidence-based decision-making that drives real impact at scale.
