Sofia is a passionate product design leader with 8+ years of experience creating innovative solutions in e-commerce, education, security, and fintech. Originally from Santiago, Chile, she began her UX career in Sydney, Australia, and now lives in Los Angeles, CA, where she works as a Senior Product Designer at Atlassian. Sofia is known for her hands-on approach and her talent for bringing teams together to achieve impactful results. When she’s not designing, she loves mentoring the next generation of tech leaders through her work with Latinas in Tech.
