Shriya is a Product Designer at Flipkart. She has a Masters degree in Software Engineering from National university of Singapore and brings her previous engineering experience into the design to make digital products, not just user friendly but also technically feasible.
Currently, She is involved in designing for Flipkart’s sellers app. She firmly believes in building designs that can leverage the knowledge you have about your customer base and create meaningful journeys that wow them.

Using Design Sprints As A Collaboration Tool

Have you ever faced problems in collaborating with designers while developing your product? Do you feel there are technical feasibility challenges in the implementation of the UX Designs when you start to code? As designers, do you think your designs are sometimes facing scalability problems when the project undergoes multiple iterations over time? If you have said, YES to the above questions, I have an interesting talk to share with you on how we can collaborate between designers, developers, and product owners in an Agile environment to ensure that we are delivering customer value. Through this talk, we will learn how we can include design sprints as spikes in development to build scalable software products.
