Rachel Hsiung is a product designer specializing in information architecture and product strategy. She has been in the AI/ML space since 2019 and has worked on a variety of AI/ML teams, such as: recommendations, classification, taxonomy and ontology, and ML infrastructure and tooling. Most recently she's leading internal efforts at Etsy to develop a standard for human in the loop processes. She's based in Brooklyn with her partner and 2 cats, and will never say no to milk tea :)
