
Nick Gould is an ICF-certified executive coach with over 20 years of experience leading change-intensive teams and organisations. His career began as a corporate attorney before transitioning into technology, where he led Catalyst Group, a pioneer in UX-focused consulting, through significant growth and acquisition by Cooper. He went on to serve as President and COO at Cooper, and later led North America’s strategic design team at Wipro.
Most recently, as SVP of Product and Service Experience at 2U/edX, Nick advanced the use of AI to enhance customer experiences and drive performance at scale. Drawing on his background in organisational development and strategic planning, he helps clients strengthen leadership skills, foster collaboration, and balance human needs with business growth.
