Martina Campbell

Martina is Product Director for Human Engagement at Workhuman. The Human Engagement team uses a data-informed approach so that users and clients can realise the outcomes Workhuman products can drive, including boosting employee engagement and performance, expanding inclusion and connectedness, and empowering employees and program teams. Previously, Martina has worked for Aer Lingus, IBM and Hewlett-Packard. She has been a WITS Ireland member since 2019 and joined the executive board in 2021. Outside of the STEM world, Martina loves to travel and watching sports including formula one and football.
