Maria is a User Experience Specialist at Nielsen Norman Group. She writes and teaches on how to run successful discovery phases, as well as how to perform effective research, amongst other topics. Her teaching is based on her experience consulting and conducting research for clients across numerous sectors, as well as her time spent working in the UK Government as a User Researcher supporting the development of many complex services.
