Jennifer is a Director in Product Management for the Framework team at Workday Inc. She oversees an array of foundational products such as business process, organization, and documents that serve the core functionalities of Workday’s operations. She is passionate in enabling leaders and individual contributors to success, and is recognized for delivering remarkable employee experience for her team.
Born in Hong Kong, Jennifer has lived, studied and worked in her hometown, Australia and the United States. Her global background has exposed her to multi‐facet challenges that people with diverse backgrounds are facing in different settings. She has been on multiple missions to support vulnerable communities in China, and continues her footprint in the US.
