Jacobus joined Priceline in 2015 as part of the Finance team, amongst other roles leading the Risk Management function (payment fraud prevention and dispute management). In 2019 he moved to the Product team, currently leading Checkout, Payments, the Priceline VIP Rewards Card, and Fintech, as well as Priceline’s newly formed AI/UX team, responsible for GenAI products such as Penny, our virtual travel assistant. Cobus holds master's degrees from the University of Cape Town and Yale School of Management.
