Anna is the dedicated User Experience Researcher at Dovetail, where they’re building a powerful, intuitive and collaborative research platform. With a background in Marketing and Management, Research was an obvious pathway that allowed her to remain truly connected with customers. She’s collaborated on interesting and meaty problems both in Product, tackling user problems around research repositories and usability testing for new product launches, and Marketing, where she’s implemented mixed-method research to help the team make better decisions and strategize. Building strong connections with her team is how she ensures that the voice of the customer is represented across the company.
Outside of Research, Anna dances her way through life and travels to taste traditional foods from different cultures — all things she says that have tremendously influenced her need to embrace empathy as a Researcher and a human being.
