
Aliki holds the role of Interaction Design Lead in the Milan Experience Design Centre at Haier Europe. In this position, she leads a team that studies key user insights to inform product direction and oversees the design of meaningful, intuitive interactions to cater to Haier’s Multi-Brand strategy, with the aim of creating cohesive experiences that resonate with customers across different markets and cultures. Her focus is to create value in Haier’s business by delivering delightful, user-centric experiences for its diverse global customer base. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles, including lead product designer, visual designer, freelance art director, and co-founder of a design studio.
She was born in Athens, Greece, and her passion for design and multicultural exploration have taken her to London and Milan. The latter has been her home for the past 18 years.
