Alice Jackson

Through journaling, yoga and meditation Alice guides people to take a step back from their busy lives and connect to themselves on a deeper level. Her mission is to help students understand that there is so much more to them to discover. By using mindful practices, they have time to reflect, appreciate and strengthen their self-care.
