Pendo.io

Product

Pendo.io

Pendo wanted to raise awareness for their Product Experience solutions.

Why UXDX
While the primary target audience was product managers Pendo realised that Designers, UX and Devs are also key influencers in the choice of platform.
Approach
Pendo sponsored the coffee at UXDX knowing that people are going to need some extra fuel throughout the multiple days.
Outcome
By positioning their stand next to the coffee station Pendo received a lot of interest from people want to learn more about Pendo and its offering.
Microsoft Azure

Product

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure's goal at the UXDX Executive Event is to increase awareness and position itself as a competitive alternative to AWS. Through a thought leadership session and interactive discussions, Azure will showcase its unique capabilities in AI, scalability, and enterprise integration, highlighting its value for fast-scaling businesses. Networking with senior decision-makers will foster connections and drive consideration for Azure as the go-to cloud platform, reinforcing its role in empowering digital transformation.

Why UXDX
UXDX attracted the key CTO's and decision makers that Microsoft needed.
Approach
We produced an invite-only, bespoke, 2 hour CIO/CTO lunch to discuss “Trust and Security in the Cloud”, where executives from aviation, government and leading tech giants gathered.
Outcome
Azure was positioned as the leading cloud provider, with an emphasis on security, in front of the target C-Suite audience.
Adobe XD

Product

Adobe XD

Adobe Xd was a new offering from Adobe and they wanted to raise awareness of the product and its capabilities.

Why UXDX
UXDX had the perfect cross-functional target audience for a wireframing tool since tools are used by much more than just designers these days.
Approach
People like free stuff. And if its sweet - doubly so. So Adobe created the innovative Waffles and Wireframes area. Attendees could learn about the new Adobe Xd product while getting free waffles.
Outcome
There was constant interest in the waffles. By snaking the queues around the cleverly placed demo computers Adobe generated a huge amount of interest in their new product.

The questions partners ask first. Answered before you email.

The brochure covers the full offer. These are the questions that usually decide whether a conversation is worth having.

Who will we reach?

Senior product, design, research and engineering audiences across high-growth companies and global enterprises.

UXDX spans industries including finance, banking, retail, ecommerce, technology, healthcare, government, aviation, gaming and more.

Can we reach specific accounts or senior audiences?

Yes. For executive format we shape the topic, audience profile and outreach around the leaders you want in the room. These are hand-invited senior sessions designed around a relevant market challenge.

Do partners receive lead data?

Yes. Partners receive the relevant opt-in registration data, scanned lead data and post-event reporting based on the activation included in their package.

Can we speak or run a session?

UXDX does not operate a pay-to-play main agenda. Partner visibility is shaped around the format that best serves the audience.

Depending on your expertise and goals, this could include a workshop, executive discussion, moderated session, online format, sponsored session or other partner-led activation.

Can packages be tailored?

Yes. In fact, most UXDX partnerships are tailored because every partner has a different audience, objective and market to reach. We shape the right mix of visibility, content, senior conversations and event experiences around your goals.

What support does UXDX provide?

We work closely with partners before, during and after the event. This includes regular planning calls, usually every three weeks, to make sure your team has what they need and is set up to get the most from the activation.

After the event, we schedule a follow-up call to review performance, share reporting and discuss next steps.

What happens after I request the brochure?

We’ll send the current brochure. For new partners, we usually suggest a short call with one of our founders to understand what you want to achieve, make sure the fit is right and shape a few relevant recommendations.

Find the right. partnership fit.

Tell us a little about your goals and we’ll send the brochure, then follow up with relevant recommendations for your audience, region and objectives.
