The Covid-19 Pandemic affected many product teams in different ways, but a unifying experience is the digitisation of work. For Eyung Lim, this didn’t just mean hosting team meetings online. Eyung had to digitise user experience testing and strategies, move journey mapping online and build automation around Covid during a very large scale UX project in GovTech Singapore.
