Modernising A Legacy Platform

Like many large companies, Liberty Insurance's backend systems evolved over time, and through acquisitions, which resulted in a lot of duplication and maintenance overhead. The evolutionary approach to modernisation is lower risk but would take more time. Conversely, the revolutionary approach (starting again) is higher risk but can be achieved more quickly.
