The talk will explore the challenges faced by a company with tens of AI-enhanced features spread across numerous products, as well as the ongoing efforts to develop patterns that can be consistently applied across experiences. Connor will also delve into the trade-offs between chat-based and traditional features, along with the primary structures of coherence that have been identified.
